The costs of our services vary depending on the type of appraisal report needed and amount of property to be appraised. We charge a flat fee that is agreed upon by both parties upfront and put in writing in the "Appraisal Services Contract". The fee includes travel to the property, inspection of the property, photographs of the property, research of comparable properties, preparation of the Appraisal Report, and delivery of the report via mail or in person. There may be additional fees for extended travel which will be discussed upfront.

• The regular fees DO NOT include future consultations, depositions, or testimony in court.

• A deposit or full payment may also be required upfront.
